The cashew fenny is made from the juice of the cashew apples. Traditionally it is made by the pot still method. The integral part of the fenny is its aroma. It can be used with soda and cocktail. The cashew apple juice is steamed in a pot. The vapor comes out and collected in liquid form. Pass through a coiled enclosed in the water cooled condenser.
Cashew nut cake
Cashew nuts 25 grams, butter 100 grams, egg 2, maida flour 150 grams, sugar 150 grams, milk ½ cup, baking soda ¼ tbsp, baking powder 1.5 tbsp.
Crush the sugar in a powder form. Beat the eggs. Fry the cashew nuts till they become golden brown. Then grind them. Mix flour, soda and baking powder with cashew powder. Also mix in another bowl the butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk and mix them well. Now add all the mixtures and be careful that there should not be any lump in it. In the pan spread the butter and pour the mixture. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Do it on 190 degrees of temperature. You will get a spongy cake ready to serve!
