1 tbsp rava(semolina), 3 tbsp ghee, a half cup of sugar, 1 cup crushed walnuts, 1/3 cup milk, ½ tbsp cardamom
Mix water and sugar in a bowl. Cook it on heat till syrup is made of one string consistency. Then, in other pan put the ghee and add semolina in it on gas for one minute. Add walnuts and cook for 20 minutes and constantly stir them. Make it golden brown in colour. After some time add it to syrup of sugar and stir it till for a while on a slow flame. Then again add milk and cook for more ten minutes. Add the cardamom. Your delicious walnut halwa is ready to serve!
